I have to admit I am feeling a bit sad and I went looking for a photo that would cheer me up.  My son has been home for the summer, looking for a “grown-up” job.  It’s not easy for the parents or the kids when they are back in the nest for a bit.  Through all that we have shared some great memories this summer.  My older son had his first baby and Joe being home he was able to get to know little Ava.  We were able to take a family trip to Hawaii this summer and we didn’t do much but it was great to spend time relaxing together. Now he is off on his next adventure, a job in Utah and I am going up there to help get him settled this weekend.  We both share a love of the outdoors, birds, and hiking.  I look forward to doing some of that as well.

We did go visit an amazing RV sales place this weekend.  There were so many RV’s it was just overwhelming.  We did narrow it down to one that we think we like and should work for us.  Now we just have to decide when to do it.
